Et it is my wish to set my cooks to the prepeation of a moyle et a tarte and all other wholesome things as may be had. Et ye remainder of said apples shall be removed to ye cellars wherein are storfes those foods yt may last when kept cool. Et I have grete ease of ye mask I have received of ye surgeon, and hope yt I need never again write of a life without it.
